Abstract： There has been a Chinese saying that “people regard food as their prime want” . This is what Chinese have been holding for a healthy life since the remote past. It is the source that develops Chinese catering culture. In the over five thousand years' history of China, there is the record that Chinese people have created various ways in cooking delicious food. Chinese Catering Culture is an indivisible part of Chinese Culture. Modern China enjoys a worldwide reputation as the “kingdom of cuisine” and China is a paradise of food.
